Strengthening leadership power
Stress in everyday (working) life leaves not only mental but often physical traces too – such as exhaustion, tension, pain or
sleep problems.
This is precisely where the health concept for strengthening leadership power comes in.
These days, managers are under constant pressure due to the challenges of our time. Not only do they bear economic responsibility, but they are often the first point of contact when teams are under stress – often without the necessary support or resources. While they are expected to provide stability, many are themselves struggling with increasing stress and uncertainty.
This requires leadership power, a combination of inner stability and outward flexibility. A ‘relaxed’ approach to change puts less strain on the body, and people feel better and are therefore more productive.
In collaboration with our partner Neue Physio, we are working together on various so-called resilience ‘keys’ to contribute to holistic strength in their own way.
