It is with deep sadness that we bid farewell to Michael Jungen, an exceptional organisational consultant, passionate pioneer of change and valued colleague.

Originally rooted in quality management, he developed into an expert for highly complex solutions through continuous training and further education. His particular focus was on the success of transformations – not just as a concept, but as a lived practice. With empathy, vision and in-depth expertise, he accompanied companies and their employees on the path to new strength.

Michael Jungen leaves his mark – in the organisations he has advised, in the people he has inspired and in the ideas he has advanced.

Our sympathies go out to his family, his friends and everyone who had the honour of working with him. We will remember him as a committed, visionary and warm-hearted person.
