After a joint start, the topic of communication from the perspective of the project management and the project team took centre stage. The project management presented communication topics and their importance for successful project work from their perspective. The project team was able to use menti queries to provide feedback on key questions, which formed the starting point for a joint dialogue,

The afternoon then focussed on the personal development of employees. There were various offers in barcamp format, ranging from conflict management and intercultural communication to tips and tricks for quick-wittedness and a convincing appearance.

We were delighted to be able to plan, moderate and accompany the day. With different exchange formats, lectures and ideas, a great atmosphere developed. Many thanks to the project teams for the great cooperation and the positive response!
