The organisation needs a clearly defined and communicated purpose that provides orientation and goals. The organisation consists of structures and rules that give employees security in their day-to-day work.
Leadership and communication occupy areas of uncertainty where there are gaps in the rules; open decisions must be enforced depending on the situation. Leadership is the successful exertion of influence at critical moments.
People with skills, abilities and experience who utilise the opportunities for qualification, develop themselves and the team – and enjoy working together.
As organisational developers, we focus on the circumstances – not on behaviour. Our aim is not to change the behaviour of individuals directly, but to create structures in which people can behave differently. Together with our clients and partners, we create well-moderated, efficient communication processes in which different positions, expectations and room for manoeuvre are uncovered. Relevant topics in the organisation are measurably renewed with fresh impetus and jointly decided measures. We develop organisations that enable people to do their work in the best possible way: we lead and advise in discourse with the aim of creating a highly self-responsible WE culture.
