Every organisation has untapped intellectual potential. The extent of this potential varies greatly and usually remains hidden, as management often does not find the time to address issues of this kind. Furthermore, not all external consultants have an interest in organisations becoming more aware of their potential and learning to use it more effectively.
It is becoming increasingly clear what advantages organisations have that know their potential well and make conscious use of it. This applies not only to commercial enterprises in terms of strengthening their competitiveness, but to all organisations in terms of developing intelligent and innovative concepts for solving problems.
But what exactly is organisational intelligence?
Organisational intelligence – this is the ability of people in an organisation to successfully solve even the most difficult problems of various kinds through their interaction.
The intelligence of an organisation manifests itself in seven areas of activity. These areas are inextricably linked and constantly interact with one another. The diamond model we have developed illustrates these interrelationships at a glance.
Is it actually possible to recognise this potential in an organisation?
Yes, you can. It’s not trivial, but it’s easier than you might think.
There are exactly 30 questions, the answers to which unlock new insights and perspectives on an organisation’s untapped potential. The results of this intensive two- to three-hour reflection session are recorded in graphic form.
The OI analysis system is based on the diamond model of organisational intelligence. It helps to identify the current efficiency of interaction within a company. We developed this method based on our many years of consulting experience and have been using it for several years in companies of various sizes and from a wide range of industries – with excellent feedback and real eye-opening moments: ‘I’ve never looked at my company or my department this way before’ or ‘I’ve never asked myself these questions in this way before’ – these are typical reactions to working with OI analysis. The results apply exclusively and specifically to the respective company.
Would you like to learn more about this method in person?
